Handmade Sausage! Join your local butcher at Main Street Meats in Chattanooga, TN to learn how to mix, spice, stuff, and link your own sausage using locally raised pork from one of Chattanooga's surrounding farms.

You'll have the opportunity to get hands on and link your own sausage, and the class will be followed by a Grilled Sausage & Beer Tasting featuring craft beer from The Flying Squirrel, fresh bread from Niedlov's, and an assortment of locally & house-made jams, sauces, and mustard. You'll get to take home some fresh sausage from the class as well as stock up with a 25% discount at the shop the night of the class!  

When: The evening of Monday, June 16th from 5:30-8:30pm
